Administration

Administrative Trainee

Imagine a future where you assist our team in shaping our strategic direction, enabling us to create a world that runs entirely on green energy

Join our agile trainee programme where you’ll work with administration in a global organisation. We’ll offer you the opportunity to develop your skills and build your knowledge as you’ll solve the day-to-day tasks and grow through new projects. Every day, our goal is that you’ll take on more responsibility than the day before.

Your trainee programme

By joining our trainee programme, you’ll gain both personal and professional competences as you’ll build a strong platform for an exciting career. We’ll focus on your development while considering your career ambitions. The trainee programme is a 2-year educational programme where you’ll spend most of your time in the office, but also participate in seven weeks of school and trainee days, enabling you to strengthen your network and get inspired. You’ll join our trainee network and get assigned both a manager and mentor who will contribute to your further development.

You’ll be part of the People Strategy team, where you'll develop your administrative skills and gain insights into strategy development, project management, analytics, and organisational change management. You’ll help orchestrate the smooth operation of our team’s overall work and foster connections. You’ll work on a variety of tasks with an international team, enabling you to supplement your educational background with hands-on experience in a dynamic environment where no two days are alike.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • supporting People Strategy with day-to-day administrative tasks to enhance team productivity and collaboration
  • booking and managing schedules for meetings and team events
  • planning and organising cross-team learning activities and team-building events
  • developing and refining onboarding materials for new joiners to ensure a seamless integration into our team.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have strong written and verbal English and Danish communication skills
  • are familiar with MS Office Suite and able to organise and structure tasks effectively
  • possess a proactive and can-do attitude, ready to take on challenges with enthusiasm
  • are looking to join a fun, experienced, and international team where collaboration and mutual support are key
  • are adaptable and eager to support various aspects of administrative management.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.

Educational requirements

  • STX, HTX, and HF with five weeks of EUD or EUS student course with the administration study programme
  • HHX, EUX, and HG will qualify directly to the trainee programme.

If you’re over the age of 25, you’ll need to contact a technical school to get an evaluation of competences (RKV).
