Group Executive Team

The Group Executive Team undertakes the day-to-day management of Ørsted.

The Group Executive Team consists of Rasmus Errboe, Trond Westlie, Patrick Harnett, Amanda Dasch and Godson Njoku.

Audit and Risk Committee

The committee approves the framework for the work of the company’s external and internal auditors, evaluates the external auditors’ independence and qualifications, and monitors the company’s whistleblower scheme.
