Student Assistant for Digital Development

Join us in this role where you’ll contribute to the continuous digital development of procurement applications and learn how it is to work in an agile setup and how to work with a data management discipline in a global context. The task portfolio is diverse, ranging from high-level scoping to the practical and administrative tasks needed for day-to-day operations.

Welcome to Global Procurement Excellence
You’ll be part of Digital Procurement, where you, together with your colleagues, will support the development of digital procurement systems and data management with focus on improving the digital experience through user service and advisory. You’ll be part of a global team of +10 colleagues across Denmark, Poland, and Malaysia, and your manager will be based in Gentofte. As a team, we embrace diversity and inclusiveness and collaborate in an informal and non-hierarchical manner, focusing on getting things done while having fun. Supporting your development is a key focus area.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • performing business demand analyses, capturing user needs, and understanding how to create the best digital experience for our Procurement colleagues
  • identifying digital optimisation opportunities for Procurement
  • supporting the daily operations of Digital Procurement.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • take responsibility, work independently, and are proactive in your relation to your stakeholders
  • are good at both collaborating and communicating within a multidisciplinary team
  • have advanced MS Excel analysis skills and are comfortable working with large amounts of data
  • are motivated to work with programs such as PowerBI, Salesforce, and/or SharePoint
  • thrive in an international environment and are fluent in English.
