Strategy Project Manager

Imagine a future where you play a key role in setting the strategic direction for our organisation, enabling us to create a world that runs entirely

Join us in this role where you’ll lead strategic efforts to shape our future organisation as we accelerate our global growth. You'll drive the scoping and execution of strategic projects concerning our people and organisation in collaboration with our senior management team, our community of strategy teams, and colleagues from all around our business.

Welcome to People & Culture
You’ll be part of People Strategy where you, together with your colleagues, will be part of a small, international team of strategists. You'll have the unique opportunity to combine strategy development and project management with your interest in people and organisational topics. You’ll get the chance to work on a wide range of topics, such as building the strategy for globalising our organisation, enabling our organisation to scale efficiently, delivering major reorganisations, delivering strategic workforce planning, and driving post-merger integration. As a team, we work in a fast-paced environment with high ambitions for our organisation. Our achievements are rooted in caring collaboration where we utilise each other's strengths and support each other's development.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • scoping and executing strategic projects where you’ll lead your project teams to gather and analyse data, problem solve, and build top-down storylines delivered to senior management
  • supporting the CHRO, CEO, and Group Executive team with presentations, analyses, and deep dives on relevant topics
  • co-developing strategic recommendations together with our wider strategy community to respond to changing business needs relevant for our organisation
  • actively coaching junior colleagues in the team and on inter-functional project teams
  • being the glue that ties strategy development and implementation together through stakeholder- and process management.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a strong consultant toolbox, e.g., from working in mgmt. consulting, and have an excellent analytical mindset and proven problem-solving skills
  • have a flair for stakeholder management and building relationships, incl. having the ability to lead team members in projects or in a cross-business engagement, both formally and informally
  • are used to communicating complex topics in a clear and concise manner to senior management, both verbally and in writing
  • are ambitious and result-oriented with a natural can-do attitude, and have drive and perseverance
  • have experience in project management of global and complex projects, demonstrating the ability to independently scope projects, adeptly work with ambiguity, and ensure adherence to tight deadlines.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
