As a team, we work closely together and leverage all our experiences and competencies in our ambition to provide the business with valuable insights and analyses.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • facilitating ongoing dialogue between the business and our developers while working on new analytics products
  • translating needs of the business and helping developers make right design and technical choices
  • leading the development of insight-based frameworks and our five-year roadmap and providing insights based on reports and analyses
  • maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in analytics and relationship with external analytics platform providers
  • promoting a data-driven culture and increasing data literacy across the organization through ongoing dialogues and involvement in projects.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • hold a master’s degree in, e.g., business administration, economy, strategy, HR, or equivalent experience, and are passionate about data-driven decision making
  • have in-depth experience showcasing collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to translate complex data insights into valuable recommendations for senior leaders
  • have a solid understanding of the technical aspects of analytics and experience with working directly with developers and data scientists on translating needs of business to technical products
  • demonstrate experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams
  • ideally, bring industry best practices to challenge thinking and ability to bring innovative views on how we think about and leverage data and analytics.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
