Head of Global Marketing

Join us in this role where you’ll lead four teams, namely Positioning & Brand, Strategic Planning & Insights, The Inhouse Agency, and Digital Enablement & MarTech. You'll be a member of the Senior Leadership team and report directly to the SVP.

 

Welcome to Global Stakeholder Relations
You’ll be part of Global Stakeholder Relations where you, together with your colleagues, will develop our function to drive our future efforts together with our markets, shaping the vision, strategy, and execution our marcom initiatives. As a team, we share our experiences across departments to provide innovative solutions and services. We believe in our corporate values and work as a team across functions and geographies.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • building and leading the newly established Global Marketing team to drive a variety of B2G marcom activities across markets to build awareness and create highly effective business impact
  • overseeing the development of the strategic plan aligning with our key commercial priorities, and partnering with senior leadership in business units and regions
  • defining specific goals for the marketing organisation and measuring the commercial and brand impact of marketing initiatives using well-defined metrics and KPIs
  • further evolving the collaboration between markets, business units, and the Global Marketing team to increase our collective impact
  • leveraging leadership of the different teams to continuously improve the marketing function, incl. talent development, structure, tools, and processes
  • setting direction for the Stakeholder Relations strategy and initiatives globally as a team member of the Global Stakeholder Relations senior leadership team

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have extensive proven leadership experience in marketing, with a track record of driving successful marketing initiatives and campaigns across markets
  • have proven experience in working in complex matrix organisations, either at a regional or global level
  • exhibit exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to guide, motivate, and build high-performing leaders and teams that can deliver high-quality creative work, fostering a positive, innovative, and customer-centric culture
  • have a solid understanding of B2G marketing and the role of stakeholder relations in driving business value
  • have a clear understanding of the digital marketing and web landscape and the related IT dependencies
  • bring a positive, can-do attitude and a proven experience in driving organisational change.
