Imagine a future where you play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s journey to realise its full potential as a global leader in renewable energy

We’re looking for our next Head of Corporate Strategy. In this role, you’ll work closely with our CEO and top management team in driving the corporate strategic agenda and ‘connecting the dots’ by formulating and supporting the execution of our corporate strategy. You’ll take a ‘hands-on’ approach, supported by a team of highly skilled individuals. The role requires you to actively engage with multiple stakeholders across the company and continuously seek and develop new insights from internal and external sources to support strategic decision-making.
Welcome to Corporate Strategy
You’ll be part of a dynamic team where you, together with your colleagues, will drive and support the formulation and execution of our company’s corporate strategy.
As a team, we collaborate closely, embrace learning, challenge each other constructively, and support growth through shared insights and hands-on development.
You’ll play an important role in:
- driving our corporate strategic agenda and leading high-impact projects across the group
- leading the strategy process, a key part of our annual performance management
- conducting industry, peer, and other market analyses that provide insight into our journey
- liaising with our teams in corporate finance and capital allocation, M&A, commercial, and digital strategy
- acting as a strategic advisor and challenger to senior leadership, including the CEO and board
- managing a team of strategists and ensuring high-quality deliverables for executive management and board meetings
- preparing presentations and material for executive management meetings and representing us at key internal and external events.
To succeed in the role, you:
- hold a master’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a similar field, combined with top-tier management consulting experience or similar experience from comparable industry
- demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and political acumen, with the ability to influence and challenge senior executives
- have a strong analytical approach and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify analysis into clear insight and communication
- are able to think outside the box and provide independent and original thinking
- have a strong leadership track record from managing high-performing teams in top-tier advisory firms and/or in a large corporation
- set high standards for the quality of your work and excel in both oral and written communication.
Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
