Merger of Danish-based DONG Energy entities
On April 16th 2015 DONG Energy carried out an internal restructuring of the legal group structure in its Customers & Markets business unit.
The restructuring involved the merger of Danish-based entities DONG Energy El & Gas A/S, DONG Energy Kabler A/S, DONG Energy Service 1 A/S and DONG Energy Service 2 A/S into DONG Naturgas A/S.
As part of the restructuring DONG Naturgas A/S (CVR-nr. 27 21 05 38) changed its name to DONG Energy Salg & Service A/S with both company registration number and company address remaining unchanged.
DONG Naturgas A/S and all other previous entity names are retained as secondary names along with pre-existing secondary names. Additionally, DONG Energy Sales & Services A/S will be added as a secondary name.
DONG Energy Salg & Service A/S will remain a wholly-owned subsidiary of DONG Energy A/S and all contracts and deliveries will stay unchanged and remain in DONG Energy Salg & Service A/S. Furthermore, DONG Energy Salg & Service A/S will continue to be rated by Moody’s.
