Lead/Senior Commercial Manager
Imagine a future where you work with our JV partners in new markets and lead negotiations of O&M agreements with investors
Join us in this role where you’ll represent Offshore throughout the strategic partnership development from early engagement to agreed partnership, engaging in active discussions on the potential role and implications of our company and JV partners during operations of projects in new and existing markets. You’ll also take on the responsibility of negotiating our operating and maintenance agreements with investors and partners.

You’ll be part of the JV Structuring & OMA Negotiation team where you, together with your colleagues, will support our offshore operations in providing operational input in JV negotiations, ensure new JV structures are in line with Offshore's global and local strategy, and develop new commercial offerings to external partners, incl. pricing of new and existing operation and maintenance agreements. Furthermore, we lead and drive the OMA negotiations in cooperation with M&A and lead or support commercial O&M opportunities, considerations, and agreements in new and existing markets.
As a team, we support each other and work together to provide high quality solutions for the organisation. We have a lot of focus on the development and well-being of all our team members.
You’ll play an important role in:
- leading and supporting JV Structuring and O&M opportunities in new markets
- leading OMA negotiations and JV Structuring and participate in structuring of partnerships
- developing new commercial offerings to partners
- defining and agreeing price and risk elements of external OPEX
- developing and refining internal process and innovative solutions.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have a strategic and commercial mindset
- have strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills
- have a master’s degree in business, economics, law, or similar or equivalent experience
- are result-oriented and structured
- are experience in the offshore industry or other relevant experience and substantial professional experience.
