Account Manager

Join us in this role where you’ll handle your own portfolio of existing customers in the SME segment and renegotiate their energy contracts (power/gas/certificates). You will also be handling new sales leads and renegotiation leads from both external partners and our customer service centre and upsell/cross sell to existing customers. You will mainly be working over the phone, but also have some on-site/off-site meetings with your customers.

Welcome to Sales & Marketing
You’ll be part of Account Management where you, together with your colleagues, will handle renegotiations of energy contracts in the SME segment and plan how to reach your monthly and yearly targets. You will be part of a small team of Account Managers, mainly office based in Gentofte. We are part of Sales & Marketing which also consists of a Sales Enablement & Marketing team, a Key Account Management team and a Digital Accounts Management team.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • handling a large portfolio of existing customers
  • renegotiating energy contracts for existing customers mainly via phone upselling/cross selling to your portfolio
  • handling and negotiating leads from our customer service centre and external partners
  • corresponding and advising our customers via e-mail.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have experience with sales via phone
  • have experience handling a large portfolio of your own customers
  • have an ability to prioritize your pipeline and experience in doing so
  • have a positive attitude and an awareness of how you contribute positively to the team
  • demonstrate proficiency in written communication as many of our customers require written answers to questions.
