Join us in this role where you’ll complete the Windows Server product lifecycle development, delivery, and maintenance up to decommissioning, incl. securing and optimising the Windows Server infrastructure. We work in accordance with the SAFe framework where you’ll be a part of an agile delivery team.

Welcome to IT/OT Infrastructure Engineering
You’ll be part of Enterprise IT IPL where you, together with your colleagues, will collaborate to support a large global IT organisation. The team owns and develops the Windows Server product and solutions to cater stakeholder demands and continuously optimise delivery.

As a team, we’re a great group of ambitious and caring colleagues who all play their unique role in delivering on our goals.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • end-to-end Windows Server operations, incl. building, supporting, securing, optimising, and decommissioning, both on-premises, Azure, and AWS cloud solutions
  • patch management and security compliance within the Windows Server infrastructure
  • working with infrastructure architects, application providers, and other core technical area experts on finding the best solution with Windows Server technology
  • developing and maintaining optimum monitoring solutions and accurate CMDB inventory details
  • being responsible for SFTP, file share (DFS) solutions, and certificate service operations.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have solid experience in managing Windows Server infrastructure in an enterprise environment adhering to ITIL processes
  • have solid experience in managing virtual servers using the VMware platform, physical servers, Azure, and AWS cloud servers
  • have good exposure to or knowledge of other infrastructure components, e.g., network, firewall, storage, and backup/restore
  • have good hands-on experience with scripting using PowerShell, Python, or any other scripting language and any automation tools
  • have excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
