DONG Energy sets up new Nomination Committee
As a result of the changes in the owners of DONG Energy A/S in February 2014, DONG Energy has set up a new Nomination Committee.
As a result of the changes in the owners of DONG Energy A/S in February 2014, DONG Energy has set up a new Nomination Committee with the following members:
- Thomas Thune Andersen, Chairman of the DONG Energy A/S Board of Directors
- Jørn P. Jensen, Deputy Chairman of the DONG Energy A/S Board of Directors
- Peter Brixen, representative of the Danish Ministry of Finance
- Martin Hintze, representative of New Energy Investment Sarl.
- Jesper Hjulmand, representative of SEAS-NVE Holding A/S
- Carsten Stendevad, representative of ATP
DONG Energy's Nomination Committee prepares recommendations to the annual general meeting of DONG Energy concerning the election of members to the Board of Directors. The Nomination Committee consists of representatives from the company's four largest shareholders as well as the company's Chairman and Deputy Chairman.
