You’ll be part of Marketing Operations where you, together with your colleagues, will support the broader Global Marketing organisation across various teams and initiatives. You’ll work closely with project managers and content specialists to ensure our messaging is consistent, timely, and aligned with our brand

As a team, we value an eye for detail, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.

You’ll play an important role in:

• supporting the content team with proof point collection and catalogue updates
• updating corporate presentations and maintaining our communications hub
• assisting with website updates and ensuring accuracy of published data
• coordinating tasks with our inhouse creative team and external agencies
• helping with mailbox management and process requests from the business
• supporting the department with ad hoc requests and admin tasks.

To succeed in the role, you:

• are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme, with an interest in marketing, branding, or communications, or equivalent experience
• are very good in English and confident communicating in a professional setting
• are proactive, structured, and eager to learn from a wide range of tasks
• are comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively
• are open to both creative and administrative responsibilities
• thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy supporting others.
