IT Product Owner - FM & Global Physical Security Solutions

Join us in this role where you’ll establish a new team helping the business succeed and staying secured by translating physical security and regulatory requirements into our Access Card management platform. As part of the physical Access Card Management team and together with the Facility Management, you’ll interact with all parts of the organisation, across many countries and cultures. 

Welcome to Physical Security and FM 
You’ll be part of our physical Access Card Management team within Digital Workplace where you, together with your colleagues around the globe, will form part of the Digital Workplace IPL. We implement, maintain, and operate Facility Management and especially physical Access Card Management solutions, security best practices, guidelines, and blueprints. You’ll be engaging with the Facilitation Management unit and our global IT and OT organisations in terms of their requirements or security concerns of regulators, partners, and clients.  As a team, we focus on embracing leaning opportunities and care for each other’s development. We trust and respect each other which enables us to work efficiently and develop value solutions.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • defining and driving the strategic roadmap for FM & Physical Security Solutions in collaboration with IT & Business leaders, business stakeholders and internal customers to set the direction and provide effective solutions 
  • balancing customer needs, operational efficiency, and compliance, ensuring that access solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with regulatory and information security requirements
  • building and nurturing strong relationships across a complex stakeholder landscape, enabling strategic discussions around access governance, physical security policies, and implementation of global standards
  • leading high-level stakeholder dialogues, facilitating alignment across business units, navigating competing priorities, and translating complex technical topics into clear business value
  • owning and managing the product backlog: turning access governance strategy into a transparent backlog and roadmap that will enable deliveries by the product team
  • driving products adoption, by building customer awareness, knowledge, and satisfaction. 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • bring extensive experience as Product Owner or in similar role with a focus on physical security projects and Facility Management
  • demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align, and build trust across a diverse and global organization, navigating complex interests with confidence and clarity
  • exhibit strong leadership and communication capabilities, enabling you to lead cross-functional teams, drive alignment across business and IT, and inspire collaboration across all levels of the organization
  • develop and execute strategic roadmaps, translating long-term vision into actionable outcomes that support both business goals and regulatory requirements
  • foster team engagement and empowerment, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvements.
