SEO Specialist
Imagine a future where you’re responsible for growing the organic visibility for our global web portfolio

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for leading and executing SEO strategies across technical SEO, content optimization, and beyond. You’ll use your extensive expertise in all areas of SEO, focusing particularly on on-page and technical SEO, and analysing data with the aim to improve search engine rankings and other KPIs. You’ll be one of two experts in the department and will implement and evangelise SEO best practices and explore innovative strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic and conversions.

You’ll be part of Web, SEO and Analytics team where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for optimising our websites for all areas pertaining to SEO and providing actionable insights that enable informed decision-making. You’ll be part of a newly built team where everyone operates within their own specialty field of marketing. You’ll collaborate closely with your local team and colleagues in Denmark to support our marketing department as well as regional stakeholders in our global business. You'll educate your colleagues in areas of SEO that are relevant to them to ensure SEO is integrated into relevant processes.

You’ll play an important role in:
- creating and executing a strategy for increasing visibility in search engines for key topics for our global web portfolio
- executing keyword research, maintaining core tags in SEO tracking tools, and ensuring ranking and traffic reports are created and communicated to relevant stakeholders
- providing SEO optimization support for landing pages, including copy, video, images, and beyond
- creating and communicating search result insights and opportunity analysis to key stakeholders, such as copywriters, content owners, product owners etc.
- working with the SEO team and web developers to ensure technical SEO, including page speed and best practices, are adhered to, tested, and implemented.
To succeed in the role, you:
- speak fluent English and have experience in a similar role
- are highly analytical and can turn data into insights
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when presenting ideas to stakeholders, and can communicate the language of SEO to non-marketers
- demonstrates strong expertise in on-site and technical SEO best practices, and thrives as a persuasive, collaborative team player
- stay updated about the fast-changing LLM/AI landscape and how it affects SEO
- are proficient in tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, or Ahrefs.
