Student Assistant

Imagine a future where you support commercial functions to deliver on contractual obligations and optimize the value of our large-scale offshore wind farms

Join us in this role where you’ll support in the preparation of our partner reporting related to operational performance and activities. Part of your role will be to support of enhancing our current process of making data accessible and transparent across the Generation organisation.

You wiil be based at our Gentofte office in the Greater Copenhagen area. You will work approximately 20 hours a week depending on our needs and your study plan.

 

Welcome to UK East Commercial

You will be part of the UK East Commercial team where you will work closely together with your OMA Business Management and Commercial Management colleagues. You will support the process of delivering on our Operations and Maintenance Agreements (OMA) and owner obligations. As a team, we collaborate closely, embrace learning opportunities, and support each other's development.

 

You’ll play an important role in: 

·       assisting with the preparation of the monthly and quarterly partner reports, including data collection and internal stakeholder alignment

·       assisting with budget management and tracking actuals (hours, cost etc)

·       assisting with file management and template creation

·       supporting the OMA Business Management and Commercial Management teams with board material and forecast preparations

·       providing administrative support, such as data gathering and materials preparation, to ensure effective resource allocation for efficient operations

To succeed in the role, you:

·       have a passion to understand the commercial, financial, technical and operational aspects of an offshore wind farm

·       possess education qualification in business administration, economics, engineering, preferably with a bachelor’s degree

·       have strong research and analytical skills to gather, analyze and interpret data from various sources to support decision-making

·       possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively in managing multiple projects simultaneously

·       possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, where proficiency in English is essential

·       are a team player in collaborating closely with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams to proactively pursue data collection and analysis
