Welcome to Digital Workplace IPL
You’ll be part of Endpoint Management team where you, together with your colleagues, will be involved with the Digital Workplace IPL, comprising nine product teams supporting various endpoint, office, and collaborative solution technologies which collaborate to ensure that key deliveries and decisions are met and executed in a timely manner

As a team, we cooperate daily in a diverse, ambitious, and driven global setup of over 50 colleagues with various IT stakeholders to resolve issues related to all endpoint devices used in our organisation

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  •       performing advanced troubleshooting of PC and SCCM-related issues, including Windows 10/11 and Group Policy Objects (GPO), utilizing the ServiceNow ticketing system effectively
  •       ensuring high availability and integrity of endpoint management tools and architecture, including SCCM, BeyondTrust, Adaptiva, MBAM, and Microsoft Intune
  •       developing, maintaining, and improving automation scripts to monitor and optimize the health of the endpoint infrastructure
  •      managing WIM files, create and maintain driver packages, and ensure hardware driver certification for enterprise device standards
  •       operating within SAFe framework, effectively prioritizing and switching between endpoint operations and features in a 24/7 support environment.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  •      have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  •       have extensive experience in using Intune and SCCM for deployment, updates, upgrades, and change management across domains in medium to large enterprise environments
  •       have strong expertise in Windows client OS management and troubleshooting, particularly Windows 10 and 11
  •       have proven experience in designing, deploying, configuring, and supporting end-user technologies in distributed enterprise environments
  •       have hands-on experience with PC/laptop hardware and drivers, including detailed knowledge of core hardware components and certification processes.
