Assistant Contract Manager

Join us in this role where you’ll be part of the Contract Management team managing contracts on the Baltic 2 project in Poland. You’ll support our lead contract managers, providing outstanding contract and supplier performance management to the project.

Welcome to Baltic 2 Procurement
You’ll be part of our Execution Contract Management team where you, together with your colleagues, will manage our supplier contracts in the execution phase of our Baltic 2 offshore wind projects. You’ll work in a team-based and supportive environment and can look forward to an exciting, challenging, and international environment, where you’ll have a great opportunity to develop your career while making your mark on the important transition to renewable energy. You’ll play an important role in:

  • managing administrative tasks related to variations, amendments, and claims
  • supporting contract managers in general contract management activities
  • participating and assisting in project meetings with suppliers
  • Providing back-office support and internal stakeholder alignment
  • carrying our cost analysis and cost consolidation
  • handling payment certificates.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a structured and analytical approach to your work, enabling you to navigate in and deliver business-critical projects successfully
  • can cooperate efficiently with colleagues from other in-house functions in a global cross-cultural context
  • have a positive, result-oriented, and proactive approach to your tasks
  • have experience with administrative tasks
  • are a strong user of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
