You’ll be part of the APM&D team where you, together with your colleagues, will work on diverse tranformational initiatives that span across IT and the Business. Our team has a human-centric mindset and take pride in delivering scalable solutions to our colleagues around the world.

You’ll play an important role in:

• helping plan and facilitate agile team events and workshops

• supporting the team in Product Management and Agile initiatives, communities and courses

• being an active team member available for general collaboration and sparring

• supporting the team with various administrative tasks

• supporting the team in optimizing and structuring their ways of working - e.g. in ADO and Miro and other collaborative tools.

To succeed in the role, you:

• have experience with agile ways of working and/or product management

• are a team player, yet able to drive your own work

• are proficient organising and structuring working with prioritised backlogs fx. in ADO

• have a flair for communication and stakeholder management

• are adaptable and able to work in a dynamic environment.
