Corporate governance

In 2023 Ørsted decided, as part of the preparation for the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), to change how the statutory corporate governance report pursuant to Art. 107b of the Danish Financial Statements Act was submitted and published. Thus, the statutory corporate governance report was completely incorporated in the governance section of the annual report for 2023.

However, as a listed company, Ørsted continues to publish a yearly corporate governance statement on how Ørsted addresses the recommendations on corporate governance from the Danish Committee on Corporate Governance.
