ESG ratings and rankings
We are among the best performing energy companies for environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance.
Ørsted is regularly assessed by rating agencies on our ESG performance. These ratings are used by investors as part of their investment decisions, and in choosing which companies to include in sustainable index funds. At Ørsted we are pleased to have best-in-class ESG ratings as a recognition of our sustainability effort.

Modern Slavery Act Statements
We pledge to prevent acts of modern slavery and human trafficking. Read the statements.
Each year since 2018 we have published a Modern Slavery Act statement for the previous financial year. The statements set out the steps Ørsted has taken to prevent acts of modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring in its business and supply chain. Statements are provided for all UK entities in scope and Danish entities that are in scope due to their activities in the UK.
