In 2024, we strengthened the Group Executive Team's accountability for sustainability and delegated ownership of sustainability topics to individual members of the Group Executive Team.
The new accountable persons in the Group Executive Team will be responsible for driving progress on their assigned sustainability topics, supported by decision-making forum and internal experts. To ensure progress on our strategic priority areas, we’ve established three new decision forums on decarbonisation, biodiversity and community impact, and we have established a Human Rights Taskforce to support compliance with the upcoming EU directive CSDDD.
