27 candidates have announced that they are ready to stand for election as consumer representatives to the Board of Directors of DONG Energy Eldistribution A/S.
The names have been published on www.dongenergy-distribution.dk, and consumers in DONG Energy's supply area have the possibility of voting for their preferred candidate from 12 January onwards. On the website, you can find more information about the candidates.
The representatives elected by the consumers will join the grid company's Board of Directors on an equal basis with the rest of the members. Therefore, please submit your vote and play a part in determining who will represent the customers when it comes to decisions affecting the operation and financial matters of the grid or any of the other tasks for which the grid company is responsible.
Voting will primarily take place electronically via the self-service module on www.dongenergy-distribution.dk where you can also find more information about the candidates. You also have the possibility of voting by phone via DONG Energy Eldistribution A/S' electronic self-service on +45 72 10 37 10.
Deadline for voting is 9 February 2015 at 12:00. The three highest ranking candidates on the election result list will join the Board of Directors.
