DONG Energy A/S to issue Sterling bond

DONG Energy A/S intends today to issue a Sterling denominated bond under its existing debt issuance programme (EMTN programme). The proceeds of the transaction will be used for general corporate purposes. The final size of the issue, coupon and maturity will be decided when the bookbuilding process closes, presumably later today. DONG Energy A/S is rated A- with a stable outlook by Standard & Poor's and Baa1 with a stable outlook by Moody's. Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank and SG CIB are acting as joint bookrunners for this transaction.
