New outlook from Moody's
Today Moody's Investors Service changed DONG Energy A/S's credit rating for DONG Energy's senior bond (Baa1) and hybrid security (Baa3) from Stable Outlook to Positive Outlook.
The change has happened, among other factors, because DONG Energy has finalized its acquisition transactions within the energy sector in Denmark, and because the Ormen Lange project continues to stay on schedule.
DONG Energy's Chief Financial Officer, Carsten K. Thomsen, expresses: "I am very satisfied with the rating from Moody's, which emphasizes DONG Energy's strong credit standing. Both the acquisitions and the following integration process stay on schedule, both in regards to time and the expected synergies."
