You’ll be part of Gas Origination eam where you, together with your colleagues, will drive the long-term agenda for biogas and natural gas. This involves working with many stakeholders across the organisation and counterparties outside the organisation. You’ll play an important role in:

  • identifying and creating business development opportunities for the biogas and natural gas portfolio
  • optimising value by managing complex biogas and natural gas agreements and relations with external counterparties
  • creating value by negotiating new biogas and natural gas contracts – both sourcing and ‘route to market’ contracts
  • leading complex contract negotiations with producers and customers to secure strategic outcomes
  • shaping tailored product offerings based on regulatory opportunities and market changes.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have commercial experience in biogas, natural gas or energy commodities markets
  • are commercially minded, with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex negotiations and multiple stakeholders
  • communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders, presenting complex matters efficiently
  • thrive in a matrix organisation and enjoy cross-functional collaboration
  • are comfortable with contract negotiation and customer engagement, navigating regulatory and market environments with confidence
  • hold a relevant degree (e.g., economics, engineering, law) or equivalent experience.
