Join us in this role where you’ll link our largest financial risks with the hedging strategies that manage them, and translate the outcome into precise financial and business impact. You’ll work with stakeholders in a dynamic, evolving organization, presenting decision-ready insights from the impact of our hedging strategies to management.

You’ll be part of Portfolio & Structured Risk in Market Risk (T&R) team where you, together with your colleagues, will strive to simplify complex financial data by leveraging our knowledge about the business, risk factors, energy and financial markets, and accounting impacts. We work with a large set of stakeholders across the organization interacting with many different nationalities and backgrounds.

You’ll play an important role in:
- analyze and explain the accounting impact of our hedging strategies ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- lead and own the monthly reporting and annual forecasting, whilst supporting strategic implementation projects
- advise stakeholders on hedging impacts and support optimal hedge strategy choises
- co-develop and improve digital tools, reports, and processes for financial, hedge accounting, and forecasting deliveries
- enhance and refine our IFRS 9 compliant hedge accounting set-up.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have relevant experience working with e.g., financial risk management, auditing, management reporting, or business controlling
- want to take an active role in our team culture
- have knowledge of IFRS especially IFRS 9
- have proven experience in translating complex data into relevant insights
- thrive with leading change in a dynamic environment and collaborating across functions, geographies, and nationalities
- have a master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or similar.
