Imagine a future where you’ll ensure the Hornsea 3 project construction office operates smoothly and professionally, supporting the team and daily site activities

Join us in this role where you’ll play a key role in supporting our site’s efficiency, safety, team spirit, and becoming the go-to person for both practical and administrative needs.
Welcome to the Hornsea 3 Construction team
You’ll be part of the Hornsea 3 Construction team where you, together with your colleagues, will collaborate with people from a variety of nationalities and backgrounds within a welcoming and inclusive environment. In this position, you’ll be at the centre of activity, providing essential support that keeps our site running efficiently and welcoming colleagues and visitors from a variety of backgrounds. You’ll assist with a broad range of tasks, from administration and IT support to event coordination and safety management, ensuring a positive experience for everyone on site.
As a team, we operate in a flat structure, where everyone’s voice is heard and ideas are welcomed. Our workplace culture values mutual support, open communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
You’ll play an important role in:
• welcoming guests and visitors, overseeing office deliveries and offshore cargo, maintaining accurate visitor logs, and serving as the primary point of contact for everyone on site
• managing daily site operations, coordinating lunch, keys, supplies and overseeing maintenance.
• supporting our team with essential IT tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, SAP, and Concur, while also tracking IT inventory and coordinating with the IT services and desk to address equipment needs
• assisting with purchases and budgets, raising purchase orders.
• coordinating team events, social activities, and VIP visits, as well as managing Electrical Safety Training bookings, PPE inventory, site inductions, and incident reporting
• providing general support to the Site Manager and team, including booking meetings, assisting with translations, managing calendars, and facilitating training logistics.
To succeed in the role, you:
• have strong IT skills, are confident working with Microsoft Office, M365 Copilot and are eager to learn new systems and software.
• are service-oriented, proactive, and approachable, and feel comfortable serving as the first point of contact for a diverse group of people
• demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
• communicate clearly and professionally in both written and spoken English
• demonstrate adaptability, a proactive mindset, and a readiness to get involved and take initiative, even during quieter periods.
