As a team, we collaborate, communicate effectively, and work across markets and countries to deliver results.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • identifying relevant policy and regulatory risks and opportunities for the business, and shape strategies to manage them
  • supporting external and internal analyses to develop our company’s view of market and policy developments
  • influencing external stakeholders to ensure the company’s interests and commercial position are well represented and understood
  • representing the company in decision-making industry fora and trade association working groups
  • supporting our responses to consultations
  • collaborating with colleagues in other business units to ensure consistency in approaches to regulatory stakeholders.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are a structured and collaborative team player who is able to prioritise effectively
  • can perform independent analytic work to provide clear outcomes and solutions
  • communicate effectively with a wide group of stakeholders, explaining complex issues and solving problems
  • have experience working in the energy sector with understanding of market mechanics, licensed activities, and policy design
  • can see the commercial implications to the business of regulatory activities
  • are motivated by working in a dynamic, diverse, and inclusive environment.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
