·       assisting the Solar, Wind & BESS Technical Team on optimisation of solar PV/wind/BESS technology, including manufacturers and technology selection, and solar array/turbine/BESS layouts

·       manage contractors’ performance on projects sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality and project specifications

·       liaising with project stakeholders including statutory authorities, and construction interfaces between the various contractors and relevant external third parties

·       supporting the Contracts Management Team to manage interim accounts as required under the construction contracts and negotiate any variations and claims necessary

·       reporting on project safety, programme, cost and quality progress to senior management and proposing corrective actions as required to achieve agreed project objectives.

To succeed in the role, you:

·       possess a strong cultural belief in safety coupled with extensive project management experience in large capital utility scale projects in the renewable sector

·       have strong interpersonal skills as well as good negotiation skills

·       demonstrate an ability to lead a project team on site to a high level of performance

·       possess an understanding of the PSDP/PSCS and/or CDMC processes

·       have the ability to work with multidisciplinary project stakeholders including the technical and legal fields

·       are driven to meet deliverables on target, with attention to detail and understand the technical and regulatory requirements to deliver utility scale projects.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
