Two-year rotational programme
We offer you an intense two-year development journey with a mentor who'll guide, encourage and challenge you to make the most of your talent. You'll get international project experience, tools to drive innovation, insight into the renewables industry and a strong cross-functional network.
The graduate programme is divided into three main parts, which will provide you with insight into the energy industry, help you to master innovation and accelerate your career.
Industry insightYou'll deep-dive into the energy sector and apply your knowledge in different areas of the business alongside the best minds in the industry. You'll experience international project work, build a cross-functional network and take real responsibility.
Innovation labWe rely on you to help us discover new ways of working and to develop new knowledge to stay disruptive in the energy sector. You'll get to explore exponential thinking and learn how to create value in the business. After participating in learning modules and an immersive field trip, you'll solve a real-life business case by applying your new skills.
Career acceleratorThroughout the programme, and supporting your on-the-job learning, you'll participate in virtual action learning within groups. A mentor will furthermore help you process your experiences and boost your transition from graduate to a high-performing professional.

You can apply if you:
- graduate before 1 September 2018 with top credentials
- have max. 12 months' full-time work experience
- are fluent in written and spoken English
- have strong analytical skills
- have personal drive and a high learning capacity

We'll screen all applicants carefully based on proven results, motivation and mindset. The best applicants will be invited for individual interviews with the hiring manager in early February. If successful, you'll be invited to attend our Ørsted Graduate Assessment Day on 27 February 2018 at our office in Gentofte, Denmark.
After the Graduate Assessment Day, we'll evaluate all candidates. If you're a match, you'll be offered the position. If you're not offered employment, you'll receive a reasoned rejection. The Graduate Assessment Day is an all-day event. If you travel from abroad, we'll cover the travel expenses.
