The Board of Directors consists of members elected by the shareholders and members elected by the employees.

The Group Executive Team undertakes the day-to-day management of Ørsted.

Nomination & Remuneration Committee

Composition, remuneration, and performance of the Board of Directors and the Group Executive Team.

Planning, execution, and delivery of asset projects.
