About Borkum Riffgrund 1

Borkum Riffgrund 1 is located approximately 54 kilometers from shore and 37 kilometers from the island Borkum in the North Sea. The offshore wind farm will be operated from DONG Energy’s facilities in Norden-Norddeich.

The next step will be the final commissioning of all remaining wind turbines. More than half have been already commissioned. All closing activities will run during summer.
