Join us in this role as an IT Product Owner, where you will lead the IT Service Management team in providing customer-centric, innovative, and reliable digital products using our ServiceNow platform. You will  articulate the business needs and prioritisation towards the team. You’ll have continued dialogues with the stakeholders from both IT and business, acting as the voice of the customer while keeping in mind technology constraints to strive using ServiceNow capabilities out of the box. As IT Product Owner, you will set the direction for the IT Service Management product team including development, operation and new implementations.

You’ll be part of a newly established organization for the ServiceNow Platform with several product teams. The new organization is responsible for developing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform as well as implementing new ServiceNow modules in both IT and in the Ørsted Business Units. As Product Owner in the IT Service Management product team, you will work together with a globally diverse team consisting of over 7 colleagues located in Denmark, Poland, and Malaysia. In your role, you’ll work in close collaboration with the overall ServiceNow product line leadership team and business stakeholders.

You’ll play an important role in:

• owning a structured Product Backlog for the development of the IT Service Management solution in ServiceNow
• maximising value creation through prioritisation of deliveries according to the product roadmap and the team capacity for each PI
• managing a diversified stakeholder portfolio through a transparent and proactive communication strategy
• leading a team of independent thinkers, fostering individuality while ensuring cohesive collaboration and productivity.

To succeed in the role, you:

• have proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role with a focus on owning the IT Service Management product deliveries
• have a strong track-record of delivering the agreed features within each PI and working with the SAFe methodologies
• have strategic and commercial mindset including the ability to address business demands and business benefits, while at the same time managing compliance and regulatory requirements
• are strong in working with multiple stakeholders on various levels in the organisation, navigating priorities, aligning roadmaps and dependencies, facilitating dialogues with experts and senior leaders
• demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse global teams and build team engagement through empowerment and collaboration
• have practice in adhering to ServiceNow out of the box capabilities within IT Service Management including strategies, roadmaps and defining accurate outcomes.
