Lead/Senior Insider Threat Manager

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for identifying and countering threats to our business, critical infrastructure, and the societies we operate in. You’ll become a key part of the team which consists of people with qualified backgrounds in law enforcement, the military or national CERTs.

You’ll be part of the Global Intelligence unit where you, together with your colleagues, will collaborate with other security departments, intelligence vendors, and national authorities around the world. Global intelligence is the threat intelligence capability of Orsted working on both strategic and operational levels with all actors across motivation types and overseeing the corporate insider threat programme. As a team, we’re passionate and always improving, offering challenges that will keep you motivated for years to come. We are also a close knit unit where the individual is seen and will have ample room to grow and contribute.
You’ll play an important role in:
- identifying and driving preventive activities around Insider threats
- establishing and conducting awareness and trainings on insider threats
- handling reports and conducting investigations of employee security incidents
- developing and advancing the insider threat programme together with head of unit
- managing case reporting and analysis of incidents to enable continuous improvement.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have several years of experience in a similar role
- have a solid understanding of legal matters pertaining to the area, preferably in an international context
- are good at understanding people and comfortable conducting interviews as part of an investigation
- can successfully navigate complex investigations, handle both internal and external stakeholders and take informed decisions despite not all facts being present
- are capable of both driving projects as part of building out the insider threat programme as well as handling operational tasks like investigations and awareness activities.
