Join us in this role where you’ll lead the strategic direction of Leadership, Learning, and Inclusion (LLI) globally, acting as a key architect of our integrated talent agenda. You’ll partner with senior leaders, influence across the organisation, and define solutions that shape the experience of our employees.
Welcome to Global Talent
You’ll be part of of the Global Talent team where you, together with your colleagues, will shape and deliver the integrated talent agenda across Ørsted. The team consists of specialists and strategic partners working globally across the talent value chain which includes talent attraction, talent delivery, leadership, learning and inclusion, and talent and performance management. You’ll be part of the Global Talent Leadership team and collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders within People & Culture and across the business, ensuring solutions are aligned across markets and functions.

You’ll play an important role in:
- shaping the global talent agenda as part of the Global Talent Leadership Team, ensuring solutions are integrated across the talent value chain
- defining and activating the 3-year strategic direction and annual plan for Leadership, Learning, and Inclusion, securing advocacy from senior stakeholders
- acting as a Global Talent Partner to a designated Executive team area, contributing to strategic people plans in close collaboration with the Executive HRBP
- equipping People & Culture colleagues and leaders to be confident ambassadors for the integrated talent agenda, offering insights and upskilling on key trends
- leading the development and evolution of leadership, learning, and DEI solutions, ensuring they are data-informed, future-fit, and impactful across the organisation
- championing an inclusive culture by activating change through others, not direct reports, and representing Ørsted internally and externally as a thought leader.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have experience designing and embedding strategic Leadearship, Learning and Inclusion solutions in global, matrixed organisations
- demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategy into actionable talent plans
- are a confident partner to senior stakeholders, with excellent communication and facilitation skills
- bring deep expertise in DEI policy and practice, and a strong grasp of global legal and cultural nuances
- are data- and tech-literate, using insights to drive decisions and measure impact
- are curious, resilient, and skilled at activating change through others.
