Senior Business Management Specialist

Join us in this role where you’ll drive activities and processes related to managing the Asset Risk Management & QHS (ARM) Function in Bioenergy. This position gives you a unique chance to develop your insights into leadership across the full value chain of an industry-leading green heat and power business.

You’ll be part of Asset Risk Management & QHS where you, together with your colleagues, will maintain, develop, and operate our portfolio of power stations across Denmark. We operate some of the world's most flexible, green, and efficient combined heat and power (CHP) plants, and our locations are hubs within the Danish energy infrastructure. We’re also building the world’s first full-scale carbon capture units which will make a considerable contribution to the Danish journey towards CO2 neutrality. As a team, we collaborate to ensure transperancy throughout the business and enjoy working on individual tasks as well as team tasks. We honor direct dialogue and ensure both personal and professional development.
You’ll play an important role in:
- providing management support by preparing presentations, backup information, communication, and ad hoc analyses
- managing the management team’s internal meeting forums
- planning, facilitating, and executing KPI process
- supporting strategic projects. As you become familiar with the role, you may in addition be project manager on minor business project.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have strong communication skills in Danish and English as well as an ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organisation
- have a structured approach with attention to detail and timeline
- have experience in managing and participating in projects
- demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
- are comfortable working independently while maintaining good stakeholder relations
- hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience.
