Join us in this role where you’ll you’ll play a key role in setting the scene for security and compliance of Ørsted’s digital workplace ecosystem. Here, you’ll collaborate closely with leadership, architects, and engineers to shape the way we secure our global digital workplace services.

You’ll be part of the team that empowers Ørsted to work securely, efficiently, and collaboratively using modern workplace technologies. Our digital workplace spans endpoint devices, digital and physical access systems, collaboration platforms, information management, and workplace cloud services such as Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Platform.

You’ll play an important role in:

• Advocating for a security-by-design mindset
• Evangelizing and leading crafting of security best practices, guidelines, and blueprints to teams designing, managing and using digital workplace services
• Securing digital workplace solutions to meet compliance standards such as NIST/ISO, and regulatory requirements such as NIS2, NIS CAF or NERC CIP
• Translating regulatory and security requirements into actionable guidance
• Conducting risk assessments across digital workplace technologies to identify vulnerabilities, evaluate threats, and identifying mitigation strategies
• Aligning priorities and updating our roadmap of continuous security posture improvements.

To succeed in the role, you:

• Have extensive experience in digital workplace architecture and security services, such as endpoint management (e.g ConfigMgr, Intune), Microsoft 365, Microsoft Information Management and Defender products, EntraID, Copilot and Power Platform
• Are experienced in designing and operating compliant cloud-based workplace services on Azure and AWS
• Sold grasp of architectural and security control principles, and using risk assessment to enhance designs aligning them with security frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Have strong collaboration and communication skills, with ability to convey complex security concepts and provide strategic advice to both technical and senior executive stakeholders
• Are proficient in writing clear and concise documentation and producing accurate and implementable security directional documents
• Have relevant experience and qualifications: 5 years of workplace architecture experience (3 years in security), a relevant degree, and preferably a certification like CISSP or similar additionally experience from operators of essential services or other regulated environments is preferred.
