Interview and tests
At the interview, we’ll focus on your professional and personal qualifications, your expectations, and the team, the role, and Ørsted’s culture and values.
Depending on the job, you may be invited to come for more than one interview with us. We often use personality and aptitude tests in order to find the right candidate. Tests are used to supplement the information you give us in your application and at the interviews. You’ll always be given a chance to comment on any tests and provide further input.
