Student Assistant to support communication activities across markets

Imagine a future where you support communication advisors by developing and executing communication campaigns and products related to renewable energy and sustainability initiatives

Join us in this role where you’ll support communication campaigns and branding initiatives across markets, for instance by ensuring alignment of materials and deliverables by crafting content and proofreading in English. You’ll also be responsible for project archiving and administrative tasks such as booking meetings, creating purchase orders, keeping track of supplier deliverables, and more. In addition, you’ll assist with other communication tasks, including preparing presentations when needed. In this job, you’ll work 15 hours per week.

Welcome to Market & Sustainability Communication
You’ll be part of Global Public Affairs & Sustainability Solutions where you, together with your colleagues, will be providing communication support to markets. You’ll help with the conceptualisation and production of communication materials such as films, whitepapers, articles, podcasts, and more and execute campaigns to distribute them and support our global operations. We’re a dedicated and ambitious team consisting of five nationalities and diverse backgrounds.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • assisting with campaigns and communications projects
  • proofreading and archiving materials.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have strong English skills
  • have experience in project management
  • have great communication skills
  • have experience in stakeholder management
  • are currently studying communications or journalism and have at least 1,5 years left of your studies.
