Join us in this role where you’ll become Scrum Master and perform your tasks within an agile release train setup. You’ll be responsible for driving the scrum process, ensure proper resource utilisation within the team, and challenge the team to continually improve the development process.  

Welcome to Ørsted IT Department 
You’ll be part of SCRUM Master team where you, together with your colleagues, will become frontrunners in the agile transformation within the organisation. The department works with focus on knowledge sharing and maturing the organisation in the agile mindset.  

You’ll play an important role in:  

  • owning and facilitating the scrum process across one-two teams with lean agile leadership scrum mastery 

  • ensuring synergy between the product owner and the scrum team 

  • supporting the team, mitigate risks, and ensure proper resource utilisation 

  • supporting the release train engineer in getting a clear overview of team deliveries 

  • keeping track of scrum team dynamics and address actions when needed. 

To succeed in the role, you:  

  • are a certified scrum master with some experience 

  • have strong communication skills and an innovative mindset 

  • are open to direct collaboration with the business 

  • are good in coaching and motivating your team 

  • have a proactive approach to your work and strong relationship-building skills.
