Lead Talent Acquisition Partner

Join us in this role where you’ll support the delivery of our end-to-end talent acquisition activities across our European locations. Not only will you partner with senior leaders from across the business to source and recruit the best range of diverse talents, but also help define and implement our recruiting strategy.

Welcome to Global Talent Acquisition
You’ll be part of the Talent Acquisition team in Europe where you, together with your colleagues, will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with senior leaders across multiple business units and countries, leveraging effective stakeholder management skills. Together, you'll be consulting with senior leaders to provide a best-in-class recruitment service, using sourcing and passive pipeline management techniques, whilst providing a memorable candidate experience. As a team, we actively partner with our people leadership community to drive positive recruitment processes and create the right environment where all talents can provide the best version of themselves.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • defining and implementing our recruiting strategy together with leaders from across Global Talent Acquisition and building partnerships with key stakeholders within Global People Services
  • driving forward optimisation projects and delivering our executive assessment experience through the use of the Hogan behavioural assessment
  • being a key champion in role modelling our EDI principles ensuring a diverse and inclusive talent pool is generated for hiring managers
  • developing and designing customised recruiting strategies, from active sourcing to advertising campaigns taking over the active approach on networks, such as LinkedIn
  • profile creation and onboarding new employees, working closely with the hiring managers, and supporting candidates through the entire recruiting process, incl. offer management
  • supporting recruiting analytics using our PowerBI dashboards to leverage data to create new insights to support our approach.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have experience working within global talent acquisition team with a focus on driving change and optimisation of processes
  • feel comfortable with performance management and data analysis and can initiate and implement the resulting measures
  • preferably have already gained management or leadership experience and possess experience in talent acquisition metrics
  • always have an open ear for employees and colleagues as an organisational talent with a result-oriented approach and empathetic nature
  • are a networker and can quickly build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders and get them excited about your ideas
  • are confident handling MS Office applications and recruiting tools and demonstrate solid English skills.
