Join us in this role where you’ll become Offshore Cable Installation Manager in the Offshore Cable Installation department. Here, you’ll be responsible for supporting our US projects throughout both the development and construction phase.

Welcome to Offshore Cable Installation
You’ll be part of our Construction team where you, together with your colleagues, will deliver wind farms globally. Our department consists of skilled and dedicated people providing project management and specialists competences for technical cable installation during all stages of construction projects.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • collaborating on and stamping design documentation related to the siting, design, construction, and operation of offshore wind farm export and array cables
  • reviewing contractors’ documentation, drawings, method statements, and risk assessments related to offshore cable installation works
  • facilitating the external review of design documentation, through e.g. BOEM, CVA, State Agencies, and project as-built documentation
  • ensuring continuous knowledge sharing through monitoring and gathering learning processes
  • driving both internal and external quality and HSE standards for project execution.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are a registered professional engineer in New York and/or Rhode Island
  • have experience with creating and reviewing design documentation, method statements, and risk assessments for offshore cable installation works
  • achieve success in a dynamic workplace, working with tight time constraints to solve problems when vessels are offshore
  • understand relevant US legislation and regulations during the installation preparation work and during offshore installation campaigns
  • thrive in an international team and can create good relationships with your stakeholders.
