Learn to master the art of high performance!
Led by performance coach Kristian Ragus, this event will help you ignite your potential by giving you the tools and methods to switch consciously between high performance and recharging at your will.
High performers keep a high pace. And the further you get in your career, the higher the pressure. You will be introduced to how Ørsted nourishes and sustains high performance - and you will experience an ‘inner dive’ and learn how to achieve mindfulness, while your body enters a state of complete relaxation enabling you to recharge and focus.
Conducted by Jesper Stechmann, a world champion freediver, this exercise will help you explore yourself in a new way - and you will discover new resources by releasing the power of the mind. Through freediving techniques, you will learn to empty your mind and relax your body to achieve the inner peace, self-confidence and mental surplus required to perform in extremely challenging environments. And you will learn to focus, relax and recharge so you can become a true high performer.
You will experience two key speakers during the day:
- Personal performance and well-being by Kristian Ragus
- Freediving – 100 m below water on a single breath of air by Jesper Stechmann
Kristian Ragus has worked with executive and leadership development in AP Møller-Maersk and has a background as a Lt. Commander in naval warfare, general management and leadership from the Royal Danish Navy. For 20+ years he has worked deeply in different fields of high performance, management, leadership development and talent development.
Jesper Stechmann is a world champion freediver, motivational speaker and coach, who specializes in mental training and mind-body control techniques. He can dive to depths of 100 metres in one breath – an ability that demands extreme mental focus and mind-body control.
