DevOps@Ørsted is a key enabler for the agile transformation at Ørsted. DevOps is improving collaboration between development, test and operations by developing and automating a continuous delivery pipeline, ensuring everyone works towards a common goal. The DevOps culture and practices empower us to deliver business value at pace by improving delivery through smaller, frequent releases, improving quality through test automation, and focusing on operational uptime for our key systems by improving our incident recovery and resolution.
Currently we seek DevOps SME, DevOps Engineers and Test Automation Engineers.
Information security, asset protection and safety are a way of life and our code of conduct at Ørsted as we handle huge amounts of data belonging to our customers, suppliers and our employees. Naturally cybersecurity is of the utmost importance to protect this data and our organisation. For this we need talent with passion for information security, who can help us guard, detect and respond to cyber threats on a technical, organisational and cultural level.

Are you an agile thinker and do you get a kick out of coaching agile release trains and scrum teams? As part of the company wide digitalisation strategy, Ørsted is adopting new working methods based on agile. We use agile coaches, scrum masters and release train engineers to facilitate the agile adoption hands on and improve the agile maturity and efficiency of the teams. We create an environment where teams have tight feedback loops, access to end-customers, and embrace learning and continuous improvement within the SAFe® framework.
Currently we seek agile coaches and scrum masters to help us develop the right mindset for this way of working.
