Join us and become Scrum Master in the Trading, Bidding & Automation Solutions department where you’ll perform your tasks within an agile release train setup. This role provides great possibilities for developing your personal and professional competences and is focused on supporting teams having an ambition to deliver a criticial solution allowing the company to keep winning offshore auctions around the globe. The Trading, Bidding & Automation Solutions department is a unit of skilled professionals committed to delivering value to the business across multiple Agile Release Trains, and the department is part of a large IT organisation with more than 700 employees.

Your key tasks will be to

  • ensure complete synergy between the Product Owner and the scrum team
  • support the team, mitigate risk and ensure proper resource utilisation
  • coach the team as applicable
  • keep track of the scrum team temperature and address actions when needed
  • support the Release Train Engineer in getting a clear overview of team deliveries.

Furthermore, you’ll take the initiative in improving our processes and IT solutions, and you’ll facilitate agile ceremonies and help the Product Owner to keep the backlog in good shape

Your competences include that you

  • are a certified SAFe Scrum Master
  • have strong communication skills and an innovative mindset
  • are open to direct collaboration with the business
  • have a proactive approach to your work and strong relationship-building skills
  • speak and write English proficiently.

The ideal candidate will also have practical experience with the implementation of Scaled Agile Framework.
