Join us and become Scrum Master in the Trading & Logistics Solutions department where you’ll perform your tasks within an agile release train setup in a scrum team with a strong team spirit, and you’ll have good possibilities for developing your personal and professional competences. The Trading & Logistics Solutions department is a unit of skilled professionals committed to delivering value to the business across multiple agile release trains and is part of a large IT organisation with more than 500 employees.

 

Your key tasks will be to

  • ensure complete synergy between the product owner and the scrum team
  • support the team, mitigate risk and ensure proper resource utilisation
  • support the Release Train Engineer in getting a clear overview of team deliveries
  • keep track of the scrum team temperature and address actions when needed
  • take the initiative in improving our processes and IT solutions.

 

Furthermore, you’ll facilitate agile ceremonies and help the product owner to keep the backlog in good shape.

 

Your competences include that you

  • are a certified SAFe Scrum Master
  • have strong communication skills and an innovative mindset
  • are open to direct collaboration with the business
  • have a proactive approach and strong relationship-building skills
  • speak and write English proficiently.

 

The ideal candidate would also have good knowledge of SAP Finance processes and SAP FI / CO configuration along with practical experience with the implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework.
