Invitation to interview
If we are not in the process of continuous recruitment, we will go through the applications immediately after the application deadline has passed. You will be informed as soon as possible if we feel your profile matches the role you applied for, and we will call you in for an interview.
The interviewAmong other things, the interview will help us to match each other’s expectations and give us a chance to get to know you as a person. We will focus on your professional and personal qualifications, what you expect from the job, what the job involves and introduce you to Ørsted's culture and values. Depending on the job, you may be invited to come to more than one interview with us.
TestsIn order to find the right candidate, we often use personality and aptitude tests. Tests do not give a complete picture of you as a person but we use them to supplement the information you give us in your application and through the interviews. You will always be given a chance to comment on any tests and provide further input.
