Join us in this role where you’ll play a key role in designing global sourcing strategies, growing and leading a team. You’ll guide the team to drive pipeline of top talent across all our functions and own the operational excellence of sourcing activity to support the needs of the business.

You’ll be part of Global Talent Sourcing where you, together with your colleagues, will aspire to be the leading talent sourcing function in renewables, renowned for a deep understanding of the talent market and utilising innovative sourcing strategies to find the best talent in the market. As a team, we thrive by being collaborative. We act as talent advisors for our hiring managers and talent acquisition partners, going above and beyond to find the best talent.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • growing, leading, and coaching a team of sourcers in their day-to-day sourcing activities
  • tracking and analysing sourcing metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and optimising sourcing strategies
  • proactively developing strong partnerships with functional leaders, talent acquisition leaders and HR partners, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders to make informed hiring decisions.
  • generating reports and providing insights to leadership regarding sourcing effectiveness and talent market trends
  • contributing to our equality, diversion, and inclusion efforts from a sourcing perspective
  • developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have strong leadership and team management skills, with proven experience coaching and mentoring a sourcing team
  • have the ability to develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy aligned with business goals and talent needs
  • are a data driven individual able to track and analyse sourcing metrics to measure performance
  • have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels
  • are committed to building sourcing strategies to build pipelines of diverse and inclusive candidates
  • have strong organisational skills and have experience managing sourcing related process improvement projects.
