Welcome to People Leadership & Agile Practices
You’ll be part of Agile Product Management & Design Centre of Excellence where you, together with your colleagues, will help foster cross-cutting collaboration in our digital development setup, enabling excellence in Product Design, Product Management and Lean-Agile execution across the whole organisation. Together, we shape the future of our Lean-Agile Operating Model, providing the best conditions for digital development teams to deliver high-quality products. As a team, we are driven by the outcomes, we help our colleagues to achieve their goals, and we take an experimental, collaborative approach to solving the needs and problems of our internal customers.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • designing the target state for our agile organisational setup based on a value stream approach, and collaboratively delivering its execution all the way through to the anchoring of the change locally
  • leading your team to continuously mature the product management discipline across the Group, ensuring all product development is strategically anchored and guided by outcome roadmaps and product metric
  • developing our ability to master design thinking and UX practices, enabling a culture of collaborative product discovery and innovative problem solving practices
  • fostering a culture of continuous improvement by performing ‘health checks’, setting metrics for our agile organisation, and teaching management to steer using OKRs and data-driven decision-making
  • discovering and delivering initiatives to improve business agility, with a focus on enterprise initiatives to improve or extend our Lean-Agile Operating Model.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have demonstrated experience in driving strategic organisation restructures of agile software development environment, preferably in management consulting
  • have significant people leadership experience, able to strategically align your team and empower them to finding the best and fastest path to delivering the change
  • are a passionate change and transformation leader, focusing on the successful outcome and maturing your change hypothesis rather than following a set initial plan
  • have seen how great software teams work, and you design and build systems of people that enable the vision that not one size fits all, but thoughtful system thinking that enable the diverse nature of our product suites
  • are a born collaborator, who realises that by building bridges and bringing stakeholders together.
